Sam Sprocket as the rappin' instructor. Begins with tips about safety gear,
including helmets and bike straps for pant legs, and provides safety checks
and hints that are important before riding. Follows Sam and his five campers
in situations encountered when riding--residential streets, country roads,
and sidewalks--and the specific rules bikers need to follow in each case.
Concludes with a review as the campers pass a test of what they have learned.
