RHF Installed at ECN

During the Fall semester the Control Data Corporation Remote Host Facility (RHF) was installed at the ECN. RHF allows users to access hosts on the Loosely Coupled Network (LCN) at Purdue. These hosts include the PUCC Cyber 205 and the CADLAB Cyber 830. Access to these hosts is provided through a Network Access Device located on the ECN EC machine.

Persons wishing to use the Remote Host Facility should contact their site specialist for a copy of ECN document #74 Using RHF on ECN or obtain a copy of the ECN manual #115 ECN Revision 86 from the Armory.
