The 4UNIX Hotline and Consulting Service is available for those who have exhausted other means of obtaining help with their UNIX/ECN questions.
Before contacting the 4UNIX consultants, please try the following resources:
Access to the 4UNIX consultants is available by phoning the 4- UNIX Hotline at `4UNIX' (48649) or on a walk-in basis in MSEE 104. Both the hotline and consulting service operate between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday on days when classes are in session. If no consultant is available at the time you call you may leave a message and a consultant will contact you as soon as possible.
