Contest for Top Web Pages

The Engineering Computer Network is sponsoring a contest to find Web pages which enhance Purdue'simage as a first-class engineering school. The top ten pages, as judged by a panel composed of faculty, staff, and students, will be highlighted next fall on the Engineering web site.

Pages will be judged by the following criteria:

• Elegance of design,
• Addresses engineering at Purdue, or showcases an engineering student's interests
• Compatibility with a variety of Web browsers

Contestants must be returning students for the Fall semester of 1997.

To enter, submit your URL via http://www.ecn.purdue.edu/ECN/Contest/ by Friday, March 22, 1997. Winners will be informed during finals week of the Spring semester, and the page honoring the winning contributions Top Engineering Web Pages will be posted in time for the start of school in Fall.
