One-Touch (quick access to applications):

Connectivity: Sync, Modem and Infrared


Sync:
To connect to your desktop PC and synchronize the data (from Pocket Outlook applications such as contacts, calendar, e-mail, notes), transfer files, backup your data and install applications or drivers you can use:
  • the sync cable, or
  • the docking cradle (included with the Jornada), which lets you synchronize via serial cable or USB (USB cable not included, though) and charge your batteries at the same time.




Modem:
The HP Jornada 720 has a built-in 56Kbps V.90 modem, which lets you connect to the Internet or a corporate network through analog phone lines (dialup connections).




Infrared:
You can send and receive files, appointments, contacts and tasks by infrared beam with compatible IrDA-equipped devices, including notebooks, printers, PDA devices and other Windows H/PC devices.
