| - The Team Leader is in charge of organizing the team meetings, and emailing summaries of the weekly meetings, each week, to all the members of the team, including Advisor and TA. |
| - The Team Webmaster is in charge of creating and updating the team website, patching the server. He/She must post all the documents and reports (proposal, progress report, final report, presentations), including source code, on the team website. At the end of the semester the webmaster must create a folder on the team account and place a backup copy of all the documents related to the project there. |
