fund raising activities.

Generate and
compile a written record of all
events and activities.

and email the minutes of all
meetings.

Provide an
electronic copy of the minutes
to the student chapter webmaster
for posting on the chapter web
site.

Secondary duties

Handle all
communications necessary to the
activities of the branch.

Write thank-you
letters to appropriate people.

Enthusiastic
attendance of chapter sponsored
events.

Maintain
accurate attendance records.
Publicity Officer

Primary duties

Publicize all
events.

Create and post
flyers as necessary, updating in
a timely manner the chapter
bulletin board on the first
floor of Grissom hall.

Send personal
invitations to the appropriate
members of the faculty for all
chapter sponsored events.

Secondary duties
Webmaster

Primary duties

Design,
construct, and maintain the
chapter world wide web site.
The site should seek to promote
not only the chapter itself, but
the ideals of the national
organization as well.

Enthusiastic

publicity officer to publicize
