ANS Student Conference [Apr 8-11, 2009]
American Nuclear Society Student Conference will
take place at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. Purdue ANS plans to send both
research presenting and non-presenting student representatives.

Nuke Week [Oct 5-9, 2009]
A week-long celebration of the nuclear industry. Activities
included a cookout, Nuclear Olympics, bowling/faculty night, and PUR-1 reactor tours.

Purdue ANS participated in Sen. Lugar's Collegiate
Energy Summit in Indianapolis, IN.

Purdue ANS will give a Nuclear Engineering presentation
to the AP Physics and Chemistry classes at Jefferson High School.
Outreach Event [Nov 7, 2009]
Purdue ANS will be presenting the Nuclear section of PESC's
Middle School MINDS program.
