It is the goal of the C-SPAN Team to provide a publicly accessible video database containing local government or community agency meetings. Currently no archival records exist in an easy to use, searchable format that is freely available on the web. This database and our mission will be modeled after that which is currently implemented by “C-SPAN;” such that all videos will be completely unedited. It will be searchable by keywords and will display key frames for the user to verify results. All videos will be available in free streaming or downloadable format.
