EE-612: Nanoscale Transistors

Exam I: Wednesday 09/20/2006, 2:30 - 3:20 pm

Exam 1 will be a 50 min in-class exam. The exam is closed book, calculator is allowed and will be required.
A formula sheet similar to that given below will be provided.
The syllabus is upto Lecture 12: Subthreshold Conduction (Monday 9/18).

Exam II: Take home exam, due Monday 11/06/2006, 2:30 pm (Before class)

Exam II will be a take home exam. It will be handed out at the end of class on Wednesday, Nov 01, and will be due at the beginning of class on Monday, Nov 06. It will cover material on the course syllabus that appears before Exam II.

You may not discuss the take home exam with anyone.

Final Exam: Wednesday 12/13/2006, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Room: EE117

Final Exam will be a 2 hr comprehensive in-class exam. There will be 20 questions. Calculator will be required, and the same formula sheet of Exam I will be provided
