Subject: Lecture Notes for Session 21 (revised again)

Regarding the following inconsistencies:

The square-root spectrum was actually correct, and the page (page
3 of lecture notes) has been restored to how it was presented
in lecture, with a minor difference in the indexing.
Prof. Zoltowski intends to make an announcement about this
confusion during the next lecture (Session 23).
