Include files for building SPECseis96

Default rules for the 'make' program are stored here for each supported
architecture.  Rules are stored in the file
   'makedef.$TARGET_ARCH.$PARALLEL_METHOD', 
where 'TARGET_ARCH' is a unique string for each architecture and
'PARALLEL_METHOD' is a the communication package used on your
architecture, such as 'mpi', 'pvm', or 'serial' to compile for a 
uniprocessor.
