Using RWASTE (select the Click to begin RWASTE V link), determine the appropriate design for the waste disposal system described below. The system must be able to accommodate a 250 gal/day flow rate. The high water table depth is 3 feet. The direction from the septic tank to the disposal site is downslope. The grade to the tank outlet depth is 24 inches. The elevation change from the tank to the site is 1 foot. The horizontal distance from the tank is 20 feet. The topography is flat (0% slope). The site dimensions are for the absorption system are 40 feet by 75 feet. No pretreatment of waste is used. Assume a trench width of 36 inches.
