NEMO has an mode of operation in which the resonance states of the heterostructure can be analyzed interactively. The solid black line shows the conductiona band edge. The dashed and the blue line indicate the Fermi leveles in the contacts. The blue line can be dragged interactively and the underlying potential is recomputed using a semi-classical potential assumption. Upon pressing the "Start Calculation" the resonance are recomputed in the system.
