Device entry table for the NEMO simulator. A variety of materials are available as a function of substrate and bandstructure model. The layer thicknesses can be specified in the number of atomic monolayers or in nanometers. Doping is specified in units of cm-3. The terminals spcify flat Fermi leveles of the contacts.
