I am a PhD candidate at Purdue University, Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department, working under supervision of Professor Saeed Mohammadi and professor Linda P.B. Katehi.
Before coming to Purdue, I was a graduate student at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI (U of M), and got my MS degree in 2003, working under supervision of professor Linda P.B. Katehi, on Advance packaging and vertical interconnects.
I did my undergraduate studies at University of Tehran , in Electronics and graduated in July 2000.
