Education:
Sunkook Kim received his BS degree from the Department of Physics from Korea University, seoul, korea in 2002.
He has been studying his direct Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering in Purdue University in 2002. He has been working with prof.Mohammadi in ECE department.

- Electrical Performance of SWCNT-FET
- High Frequency Application of Carbon Nanotube Device
- Low Frequency Noise of Transistor
Research Interests:
- Electrical performance of single-walled carbon nanotube
- Field-effect-transistor (SWCNT-FET)
- Frequency response of carbon nanotube device
- such as low frequency noise, resonator, high speed transistor, ring oscillator, and mixer
