Key Capabilities

1) Vicki usually knows how to reach Prof. Janes, so contact her if  you need to get a message to him. 

2) Vicki can also handle scheduling of meetings, etc.  She has access to Prof. Janes' calendar, so can check general availability, etc.

3) Vicki coordinates the advertising and logistics for the Nanotechnology Seminar Series

4) Vicki typically has course handouts/homeworks/exams that students may have missed in class.

5) Vicki also keeps 3-4 faculty in line, each of which would be a full time job.
