If you are interested in working with me (either in networks or in cyber-physical systems), please do send me an email when you plan on submitting an application to ECE. Please include a resume with GPA, class ranking, research experience and interests, honors and awards (e.g., high-school math olympia, etc.), publications etc. If you have a copy of your transcript, please include it as well (unofficial one should be fine). Although I cannot respond individually, I read such emails carefully as I look for new students. Please look at my "Research" page for on-going projects.

Students who work with me are usually with strong mathematical and analytical skills, and are self-motivated. Some of the problems that we work on are like "puzzles": the answer becomes very clear after it is found, but you need to thoroughly and carefully analyze the problem before you can find it. You will have opportunity to apply such skills to real-world problems. You can get a sense of the style of my work by looking at some of my papers.
