Wheat Starch Pizza Dough

 

Ingredients

v    1 tsp active dry yeast (67mg PHE).

v    350g (3 cups + 3 tbsp) wheat starch (35mg PHE when using the one from Dietary Specialty).

v    1/3 cup Metamucil (53g)

v    1 tbsp baking powder.

v    ½ tsp salt.

v    1 cup water.

v    ½ cup liquid Ç coffeemate È  (81mg PHE)

v    2 tbsp oil

PHE total : 236mg

Instructions

Mix together the water, coffeemate and oil.  

Heat 1 minute in the microwave.

Stir in the dry ingredients.

Leave to rise 10 minutes in a warm oven (preheat at 150F and turn off).

Knead a few minutes and flatten out in a pizza tray.

Bake 7 minutes at 400F. You can then either freeze it for later use, or garnish it and bake it 7 more minutes.
