v 6 tbsp potato starch (3mg PHE).
v ½ tbsp butter (3mg PHE).
v ½ tsp guar gum (find it in stores where they sell gluten free cooking ingredients).
v 4-6 tbsp warm water
v seasoning to taste

Melt the butter. Put with potato starch in a small bowl and mix well. Add the guar gum and mix. Slowly stir in the water until the desired thickness is obtained. (Makes a small portion.)
