Purpose
The purpose of this organization is to provide a forum to resolve or find solutions to the myriad of issues, concerns and problems facing the asphalt industry. How do we do that? By developing working relationships between people in the asphalt industry, which will serve the needs of the membership, we will help each other improve pavement performance.
