- Double click in Internet Explorer? NOT!
Recent versions of the Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) disabled the
automatic recognition of Java Applet, along with other Active X components.
Hence, in IE browser, user should first do a single left-click anywhere within
the Applet area to gain focus, then subsequent clicks will be applied to the
Applet itself. Users are recommended to use the Firefox browser, which does NOT
require the initial click to gain focus.
