Grading: Final Exam: 75% and homework: 25% Aattendance/in class reserach topic discussions will be considered at marginal cases
Course Announcement: April 18 Review Session for Final Exam. Please attend the Review Session since it will be helpful for you to prepare for the final exam. Meanwhile, I will return you the ranked homework on April 18. In order to help you further prepare the exam, I posted two Review Session videos which explains all the deatils of the correct answer keys for HWs. It is helpful for you to prepare the final exam too.
I will have April 29 Monday whole day as open office hour for your questions for the final exam. The final exam will be scheduled leture time on April 30 on Tuesday in the Exam Week. The exam contains 8 questions and mostly about concepts. The calculation is limited. But you need to bring a calculator.
Since some students show their interests in oxide semiconductor work which our research group is doing, I will give a sixth special lecture on oxide semiconductor Tuesday April 23 lecture time. In this case, we don't miss any lecture time this semester. Thanks!
